Since June 1, 2021, members of the sMiles program benefit from advantages at Faso Emballage Valise Services Ouagadougou, abbreviated FEV Services, for the filming of their luggage during their trips.


Upon presentation of their sMiles loyalty card, they are granted a rate of 1,500 FCFA for two (02) standard size packages.

Located less than 500m from the Ouagadougou International Airport and more precisely in the An II city in front of the African Unity Garden and the Anac, FEV Services has all the required equipment for a high reliability and optimal security wrapping.

In addition to the packing and weighing service, FEV Services also offers baggage transfer and luggage deposit.
