In the cabin, your baggage must measure a maximum of 56 cm in length, 45 cm in depth and 25 cm in width.

The following products are not permitted in your hand baggage:

  • Bottles containing liquids over 100 ml.
  • Briefcases and attaché cases fitted with an alarm device
  • Compressed gases (inflammable, non-inflammable and toxic) such as butane, oxygen, propane and diving cylinders.
  • Inflammable liquids and solids such as fuel, matches, paint and varnish
  • Explosives, ammunition, artifices and flares shotguns;
  • Oxidizing materials such as bleaches and peroxides;
  • Poisons: arsenic, cyanide, insecticides and pesticides;
  • Radioactive materials;
  • Corrosives: acids, alkalis, mercury and wet batteries.

Yes, a person with reduced mobility can travel on Air Côte d’Ivoire. In fact, services adapted to passengers with reduced mobility have been put in place:

      • Choice of seat
      • Assistance with travel formalities
      • Baggage handling throughout the journey

However, if you need to use technical equipment such as an ambilift to move a passenger with reduced mobility, the cost of this equipment is borne by the passenger.

If you are expecting a child, please let us know at the time of booking or no later than 48 hours before flight departure.

To ensure safe travel for pregnant women, the company reserves the right to refuse boarding to passengers who do not hold a medical certificate stating their fitness to travel.

From your 28th week of pregnancy, your obstetrician must issue you with a medical certificate of fitness to travel, indicating the number of weeks of pregnancy and the expected date of delivery. This certificate must be issued no later than 7 days before your departure, for both outward and return journeys. Pregnant women must complete the liability waiver form issued after presentation of the medical certificate.

You can travel until the end of your 32nd week. At 32 weeks plus 1 day, travel is prohibited for pregnant women If your pregnancy is said to be difficult and/or multiple, your obstetrician must provide you with medical authorization to travel. Your obstetrician must complete a Medical Authorization Form (MEDA), which must be submitted no later than 48 hours before flight departure.
