Every qualifying flight you take on Air Côte d'Ivoire earns you miles.
How are your miles calculated?
The number of miles you earn depends on :
The distance travelled,
The booking class of your ticket,
The level of your loyalty card.
Case study :
Example 1: you are a 3-star passenger on a flight from Abidjan (ABJ) to Dakar (DSS), paying an economy fare in Y class.
The distance = 1125 miles
- As your booking class is full Y fare, the percentage of miles accumulated is 100%.
Your card level is 3 stars, so you do not benefit from any bonuses
The miles obtained for this trip= 1125 x 100% = 1125 miles.
Example 2: you are a 5-star passenger on a flight from Abidjan (ABJ) to Dakar (DSS), paying a business class C fare.
The distance = 1125 miles
- As your booking class is full fare C, the miles accumulation percentage is 200%.
If you are a 5-star member, you will receive an additional 20% bonus miles.
The miles obtained for this trip= (1125 x 200%) + (1125 x 200% x 20%) = 2250 + 450 = 2700 miles.
To ensure that your miles are automatically credited, there is only one condition: REPORT YOUR MILES !
Always remember to give your sMiles number when making your reservation, buying your ticket or checking in at the airport.
The miles earned are valid for 5 years from the date of travel.
Example: you receive 3,000 miles for a trip on August 10, 2023. These 3,000 miles are valid until August 31, 2023.

How do I claim missing miles?
Have you travelled but don’t see your miles in your account? Simply claim them!
After a trip, your miles are automatically credited within a maximum of seven (7) days when your sMiles account number has been provided to a contact point. After this period, you can claim them via your personal online space, at an Air Côte d’Ivoire agency or by e-mail to smiles@aircotedivoire.com. You have 12 months following the date of your trip to submit your claim.
