Prohibited cabin items
For safety reasons, the dangerous items listed below (non-exhaustive list) should not be carried in your checked or carry-on baggage :
- Briefcases and attaché cases fitted with an alarm device ;
- Compressed gases (flammable, non-flammable and toxic) such as butane, oxygen, propane and diving cylinders;
- Flammable liquids and solids such as fuel, matches, paint and varnish;
- Explosives, ammunition, artifices and flares, shotguns;
- Oxidizing substances such as bleaches and peroxides;
- Poisons: arsenic, cyanide, insecticides, pesticides;
- Radioactive materials;
- Corrosives: acids, alkalis, mercury and wet batteries;
- Magnetic and irritant materials;
- Limited quantities of medicines and toiletries required by the passenger during the flight: Hair spray, perfumes and medicines containing alcohol may be carried.
