CARRY-ON LUGGAGE
Regardless of the class in which you are travelling, you are authorised to take one
item of hand baggage and one accessory, the dimensions of which must not exceed :
Luggage
- 55 cm long
- 45 cm deep
- 25 cm wide maximum,
- including pockets, wheels and handles.
Accessories
- 40 cm long
- 30 cm deep
- 15 cm wide
Weight allowed in the cabin on the international network

As an accessory, you can carry a handbag, a laptop or camera bag or any other electronic device.
Clearance checks may be carried out before boarding. Any carry-on baggage that is not suitable for transport in the cabin must be checked in and transported in the hold, and may be subject to a charge.
Keep your valuables, fragile items, and important documents with you in the cabin. Do not place any items considered dangerous in this baggage, as they will be removed from you during security screening. For aviation security reasons, the transport of liquids in the cabin is strictly regulated.
Products approved for cabin transport
You may carry liquids, pastes and creams in the cabin, in accordance with the
following conditions:
- containers must be placed in a closed transparent plastic bag,
- each container in the bag must not exceed 100 ml,
- the volume of the bag must not exceed 1 l,
- the maximum size of the bag must be 20 x 20 cm.
NB: only one plastic bag is permitted per passenger. Some fluids are accepted without
restriction: baby food, medicines, etc.
Good to know
You may take one piece of luggage and one carry-on accessory with you in the cabin. Their total maximum weight must not exceed 7 kg in economy class and 10 kg in business class on the domestic network.
On the regional network, the total weight must not exceed 10 kg in economy class and 12 kg in business class.
HOLD BAGGAGE
The weight and number of luggage items allowed in the hold depend on the category
specified on your flight ticket and the route on which you are travelling:
On the domestic network :
- One piece of checked baggage in economy class (maximum weight per bag: 23 kg)
- One piece of baggage allowed in business class (maximum weight per baggage item: 30 kg)
On the regional network :
- 40 kg allowed in economy class (maximum weight per bag: 32 kg)
- 50 kg allowed in business class (maximum weight per bag: 32 kg)
For the destination of Johannesburg, Casablanca and Paris
- 2 pieces of baggage allowed in Economy and Premium Economy class (maximum weight per piece of baggage: 23 kg)
- 2 pieces of baggage allowed in Business class (maximum weight per piece of baggage: 32 kg)
- 3 pieces of baggage allowed in First (maximum weight allowed: 32 kg)
Membres SMILES
If you are a SMILES DIAMANT passenger, you can carry 1 additional baggage item free of charge, depending on the weight allowed in your cabin.
- Children under 12
- Children paying 75% of the applicable adult fare benefit from the same weight limit as adults.
- A baby (aged under 2) is entitled to a 10 kg allowance. Furthermore, parents are allowed to carry a folding stroller, bassinet or baby car seat.
- Excess weight baggage
Passengers who exceed the maximum allowed weight can purchase an optional
baggage add-on from 24 hours before departure until check-in. The amount of excess
baggage depends on the destination.
