Miles are sold in batches of 1,000 miles, with a maximum purchase limit of 30,000 miles per a calendar year.

To purchase, simply visit an Air Côte d’Ivoire agency. The offer is available to all members of the sMiles loyalty program.

To be eligible, members must have at least 2 flights credited to their sMiles account,
Miles purchased are credited to the “award miles” balance within 72 hours of purchase,
Purchased miles are only used to obtain awards and cannot under any circumstances be used to change levels,
Miles may be purchased for a third party provided that the third party is a member of the program and meets the eligibility requirements,
Purchased miles have a lifetime of 5 years from the date of purchase,
The purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded once the sum has been collected and the miles credited.

Apart from the traditional route, which consists of travelling with Air Côte d’Ivoire to earn miles, you can buy award miles without travelling.
The offer is available to all members of the sMiles programme, at all levels. However, to be eligible, members must have at least two (2) flights credited to their account.
The sale of miles is a permanent offer by Air Côte d’Ivoire.
Miles are sold in batches of 1000 indivisible miles at the price of 20,000 FCFA / 40 USD / 16,000 NGN / 425 GHS / 400,000 GNF with a maximum purchase of 30,000 miles over one calendar year (1st January to 31st December of the current year).
Miles can be purchased at Air Côte d’Ivoire ticket offices in cash or by card.
No. There is a maximum purchase of 30,000 miles over one (01) calendar year (from 1st January to 31st December).
Miles purchased are award miles and can be exchanged for the following rewards: airline tickets, excess baggage, lounge access and payment of penalty fees for changing a travel date. This conversion will be made on the basis of the existing award scale.
No. Purchased miles cannot in any way change your status within the programme. They are not qualifying miles, just award miles.
The miles purchased will be credited to the member’s “award miles” account within 72 hours of purchase.
Miles are valid for five (05) years from the date of purchase. After this period, they expire and cannot be retroceded.
The purchase of miles for a third party is possible provided that the beneficiary has an sMiles account to which the miles will be credited. Likewise, the beneficiary must meet the eligibility criteria, in particular having at least 2 flights credited to the account and not having exceeded the limit of 30,000 miles purchased during the year.
The offer is available to any sMiles member who meets the eligibility criteria. However, to make the purchase, they must visit an Air Côte d’Ivoire branch.
The purchase of miles is not refundable. You have five (05) years to use the miles purchased.
